Terms & conditions

Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available; you will of course be refunded.
Prices & payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Payment is made securely via Stripe (cards and other supported methods). We never see or store your card details.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Belgium. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your country and chosen method. Packages may be sent in several shipments; you are never charged more than the amount shown at checkout.
Customs
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may be charged by your customs authority. These are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
You can cancel or return unworn, unwashed hijabs with original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Send an email to info@layalihijab.com with your order details and we will send you the return instructions. For deliveries outside the EU, return shipping is at your own cost.
Faulty items
Received a damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you, including your shipping costs.
Restock notifications
If you leave your email address for a sold-out colour, we only use it to tell you when that colour is back. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Privacy
We only use your details (name, email, delivery address) to process and deliver your order and, if you asked, for restock alerts. We never sell your data. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your details at any time.
